Rent per night is possible - that concerns than the above prices divided by 7

Acces apartment:  Check-inn : 2.00 pm,  check-out at 11 am.

Important to know

1. / People who rent for 2 weeks receive a 10% discount
2. / People who rent for 3 weeks receive a 15% discount
3. / People who rent for 1 full month get a discount of 20%
4. / People who rent for 2 full months get a 30% discount
5. / People who rent for 3 full months get a 40% discount

Payment term and cancellation:

The reservation is only definitive upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount. By paying the deposit, the tenant declares to agree with the general conditions. The balance of 70% of the rental amount must be paid no later than 1 month before arrival.

In the event of non-payment of the balance on the stipulated deadlines and after 2 written reminders, the owner or manager can unilaterally break the lease and the 30% advance will be withheld as compensation without any form of redress by the lessee.

Additional prizes are:

- The cleaning service: €60 (after your stay the apartment will be completely cleaned).

- Bed linen and towel package: €15 per person.

Deposit:

There is a one-time deposit of 200 euros for the entire rental period. This is paid along with the settlement of the total rent. The deposit will be refunded after check-up of the apartment by the cleaning service. These will be deducted for damaged or missing goods. The price list of the contents is available for inspection in the apartment. It is also assumed that damaged or broken goods are also stated fairly by the tenant immediately during or just after the stay. In the case of large damages that involve more value than the deposit paid, an expertise will be appointed to determine the damaged value which will then be held liable by the tenant of that moment and thus have to pay these costs.

· Dishwashing product + sponge + dish cloth;
· 3 washing doses (tablets);
· 3 rolls of toilet paper;
· 5 dishwashing tablets;
· 3 tealights;

· Free WIFI and Smart TV
· Proper made beds per person on arrival
· Communal swimming pools, children's pools, jacuzzi's, playgrounds, fitness area, ...
· Extras for babies if requested ... (baby kit, cot, sheets, table chair with inflatable seat and inflatable items for children, etc ...
· Board games, books, films for young and old ... (Dutch)
· Extendable terrace table + 4 chairs on the terrace with view on the pool + 2 seats and table;
· On the roof terrace: 2 sun loungers with sunblinds ...
· Information brochures about nearby attractions ...
